See what your AI delivers, and what it costs.

“Is the organisation delivering, what does the AI actually do, and what does it cost?”

AI spend now has its own line in the budget, and the board asks what it got for it. FEATit ties each agent’s work to the items it delivered and to what that work cost.

How it works for you

  1. What each agent did and delivered, item by item

Every agent session is recorded with the work it held and the code it delivered. You see the agents as you see the people: what each one holds and what it finished.

What is recorded for every agent
  2. What it cost, per item and per release, in euros

Token use becomes cost in euros at your own prices, per item and per release. Your agents keep running on the AI plans you already pay for.

    How agent cost is measured
  3. Decisions with their reasons, and sign-off by someone else

Every decision keeps its question, its answer and its reason. Agents act within the rules your teams set, and finished work can require the sign-off of someone who did not do it.

    How AI work is governed
  4. A record your organisation owns

The history of who decided, who acted and what was checked cannot be rewritten. It stays yours, in our cloud or on your own servers, whatever AI you use.

A week with FEATit, in the leadership seat

Example flow
  1. Monday

Your product lead decides to build payment reminders because weak receivables management is the top churn reason. The decision and its reason are on the record, with the 7 customer requests behind it.

  2. Wednesday

4 agents and the team work the plan. Nobody writes a status report: the board shows what each person and each agent holds.

  3. Next Monday

Release 2.5 ships 7 days after the idea was filed. Every customer who asked is told, and the release lists every item and change in it.

  4. Next Tuesday

You open the feature. The agents’ work on it cost €9.80 in tokens, priced at your own rates, on the AI plan you already pay for.

  5. Next Friday

For the board, you take the record as it stands: who decided, which agents built it, who signed it off, and what it cost.

Questions

How do we measure the return on AI agents?
FEATit gives you both halves: what was delivered and released, item by item and agent by agent, and what it cost in euros at your own prices. You set the value side.
Does FEATit bill us for model usage?
No. Your agents run on the AI plans you already pay for. FEATit records what they used and what it cost, and adds no charge for it.
Can we see who approved what an AI agent did?
Yes. Every change names the person or agent who made it, and every decision and sign-off names who gave it, in a history nobody can rewrite.
Is FEATit tied to one AI vendor?
No. FEATit is independent of every AI vendor, so you can change or mix vendors and keep the whole record.
