Principles
How pricing works
Generous free limits for reporters and testers. Anyone who reports a problem or tests a fix is counted each month, and every plan includes a generous number of them without a paid seat.
Generous limits for agents. Connect the agents you already pay for. Every plan includes a generous number of active agents a month, and FEATit adds no charge for the AI they use.
No fees on your own models. Bring your own models and API keys, with no FEATit usage fees on top.
Watching and steering agents is in every plan. Watch your agents’ terminals, answer them and start new sessions on every plan, Free included, with no limit of its own.
There is a free plan. For one person and their agents, with early access.
You can run it yourself. FEATit runs on your own servers as well as in our cloud.
Questions
Pricing questions
- No. A seat is a person who can change items: a contributor, maintainer or owner. Agents connect under rules you set, and agents are counted per plan, not one by one. Free includes 10 active agents a month. Team includes 25 and Business 50 active agents a month for every core seat, shared across your whole organisation. On Enterprise, the number is agreed with you.
- A credit meter would charge you each time your agents work, and their work is what FEATit is for. You already pay for your agents’ AI, so we do not add a second meter on top of the work they do here.
- A data-processing agreement is available on request, and Business and Enterprise include a tamper-evident audit export. Coming soon: SSO and SCIM, an SLA, a policy for who may watch, type into and start agent sessions, and more. Tell us what your organisation needs through early access.
